I , too , have benefitted from my experience with the program . Specifically , after my lunches with adversaries , I spent less time in “ letter-writing wars ”, and more time having open , honest and frank conversations with the other side . This has decreased costs to the client and resulted in quicker and in some cases better resolutions for all involved . hoping to have excellent participation in the program this year , and is thus extending the program through and including the month of March !
