Michael has been Vice Commodore at the Club for the
last 2 years. It is anticipated that he will stand for the
position as the next Commodore. Michael will tell us a
little about his sailing experiences. There are sure to be a
few entertaining stories! He will also discuss the roles of
Commodore and Vice Commodore.
Lots of social time in Halyards with a chef cooked BBQ for
all. 7pm for 7.30pm Happy Hour from 6pm to 7pm. Please
book by 5pm on Wed 2 March.

Saturday April 16 - Old Timers’ Race
and Luncheon
Are you over 65 years of age and have been a member for
at least 10 years? Be part of the Club’s history and sign up
for the Old Timer’s Race and Luncheon. With Jim Wiseman as a guest speaker and a history quiz written by Tom
Spithill & Jack Gale it’s set to be a great day! The race will
begin at 11:30am followed by the Luncheon at 1:30pm in
the Admiral’s Cup Room. Free for the “Old Timers” skipper
on each boat & $40.00 per crew Book via Reception by
Wednesday 13 April. Notice of Race available on the RPAYC
website or at the Sailing Office.
