As you listen note down how people talk to each other. Before you answer discuss what you think with your partner.  Do the people know each other? How do we know that?  Is the woman helpful? What are her first words in the dialogue?  Note down some words the man uses to show that he agrees to what the woman says. Task 6 (8 min) Work in pairs. Using the information from the tables act out the dialogue. Student A is Mr. Morgan. Student B is the receptionist. Task 7 (10 min) A friend of yours have asked you to write to him your impressions about the hotel so that he can stay there, too. Using the information from table B above write a letter to him referring to what this hotel offers. You can write information about other rooms, too and not only about the one you stayed in.
