IBUTORS... Chassie Selouane Dr Thomas Gamboa Jr Chassie Selouane has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre & Education, a Master’s of Education Degree Curriculum Instruction with a Specialization in ESl. Chassie is the Director of Learning at SAIS-Dubai. Dr. Gamboa has nearly 20 years of teaching experience at all levels from elementary to university graduate level. He is currently in his first year as a cycle three public school English teacher in the UAE. GUEST WRITERS Lubna Sarwar Mr Tony Ng Lubna is a primary educator, author and learning designer. As advisory teacher for the Able & Talented program at Jebel Ali Primary School, she designed and developed a cross-cultural resource for the ‘Thinking Classroom’. Lubna believes that we can create more relevant and imaginative resources for the UAE’s unique educational environment. Dr Sujith Samuel Mathew Dr Sujith Mathew is an Assistant Professor at Zayed University, Abu Dhabi with a PhD from University of Adelaide. With more than 15 years of experience, his research focuses are in ubiquitous and distributed computing, concentrating on the Internet of Things. Bettina Bennett Tony received both Bachelor and Master degrees in Computer Science from USA. He has over 15 years of experience working in the industry and academia. His research interests include Grid/ Cloud Computing, IT Mobility (Integration), and HumanComputer (Robot) Interaction. Steve Bambury Bettina is currently a Cycle two and three educator here in the UAE. She is also a Teach UAE Magazine Blogger. Steve is Head of Computing and the Curriculum Innovation Leader at Jumeirah English Speaking School, Dubai.
