the Curriculum is, the more fun and
engaging learning becomes for the

that one resource
would be good teachers!
On a more serious note, for
me that one resource would
be my ‘First Day Tool Kit’….
with my carefully planned
‘Ice Breakers.’ One must not
underestimate the importance
of Ice Breakers. They help you
to know your class, enhance
group processes, get your
students better acquainted
with one another, and most
importantly allow students to
settle comfortably into their
new learning environment. This
is going to form the basis to
positive relationships in the class
community."
" I think a stack of good reference
materials and educational sites
are must haves for me. These are
great for ideas and updates on the
latest educational techniques and
strategies, games and informative
videos. I should also be armed
with flexibility, commitment, a lot of
patience, compassion, creativity
and a sense of humour. Those things
will keep me going for the entire
