“If we can move enough people on an emotional level, I hope we can achieve the shift in consciousness we need to sustain and celebrate life.” One of the most simple, yet profound daily practices for improving and maintaining our wellbeing is to adopt ‘an attitude of gratitude’. Have a go at spending one week, or perhaps just a day, feeling and expressing gratitude for even the small things in life, like the flowers in your garden or finding a car-park just where you need one you will soon find your life improving in many ways. Adopting an ‘attitude of gratitude’ is about being in the positive flow of life, and acknowledging all that is right in our world, rather than focusing on what is wrong with our world. It’s a practice intrinsically linked with the power that ‘as I think, so I create’ has to shape our reality. This inspirational video from award-winning filmmaker Louie Schwartzberg has gone viral on You Tube with over 1.4million views. Louie motivates those around him by evoking a sense of deep connection with our beautiful world and as you watch the stunning images below please take some time to consider all the things you are grateful for – and think to yourself what a wonderful world!
