for even the small things in life, like the flowers in your garden or finding a car-park just where you need one you will soon find your life improving in many ways. Adopting an ‘attitude of gratitude’ is about being in the
positive flow of life, and acknowledging all that is right in our world, rather than focusing on what is wrong with
our world. It’s a practice intrinsically linked with the power that ‘as I think, so I create’ has to shape our reality.
