WE WERE ECSTATIC TO LEARN THAT THE
STUDENT ASSOCIATION WAS RECOGNISED
BY NUS SCOTLAND AND SPARQS (STUDENT
PARTNERSHIPS IN QUALITY SCOTLAND) WITH
NOMINATIONS AT THEIR ANNUAL AWARD
CEREMONIES.
The Association was shortlisted for two NUS Scotland
2017 Awards - in the Student Opportunity and Staff
Member of the Year (for Student Association Advisor
Charlotte Mitchell) categories.
We also picked up two nominations at the Sparqs
Student Engagement Awards 2017.

named runner-up as College Course Rep of the Year.
Our winter Reclaim the Night demonstration was
shortlisted as a leading “student-led initiative across
the college or university which demonstrated a clear
commitment to equality and diversity and has had an
impact across the organisation.”
