The 2016 Josie Music Awards was a sold out award show, many hammering to see if
they could find a ticket. The anticipation was high, as this was going to be the event of
the season for Nashville. The night of the event, the Schermerhorn was filled to the brim
with nominees and guests. Attendees were dressed in their finest evening gowns, tuxedos
and artistic outfits. Nominees and guests were able to walk the red carpet and get their
photo op with Josie Passantino. Nominees were also interviewed on the Red Carpet, by
Red Carpet Reporter Casie Mason, who reports often times at the CMA’s (Country Music
Awards).

the first to walk the red
carpet and get
interviewed by Casie.
She is very sweet and it
was an awesome
interview for the both of
us. It was great to
finally meet all of the
indie artists that we
were friends with on
Facebook. Putting a
face to the name, felt
like the world was
complete. It was a great
time for networking and
possibilities. We were
able to take a ton of
selfies with many
talented artists.
