Meet the Artist
J ane Lazenby , founder of Gracie & Co ., is a native of Birmingham , Alabama . The concept for Gracie & Co . was developed from both Jane ' s personal interests and the experience that have helped shape her life . So much of Jane ' s life was spent raising her three children , that it is only natural that their independence has provided a new found time to cultivate her creativity . She has always loved to draw , paint and create various forms of art . Combining her love of drawing and the impact hand written cards have had on her own life , Gracie and Company was born .
Scripture is included on many of her note cards and several styles are offered with personalization , which is great for gifts . In addition to creating note cards , invitations and announcements , she also experiments with mixed media paintings . Jane now offers her original paintings , many done on wood or canvas , as well as prints of these original works .
