School Growth Labs are one or two
days of professional development, with

high-impact results. The Innovation Lab
delivers a strategy canvas and a 90day plan for growth, while the Safety
Lab enables mission-driven advances
in campus safety and security. For this
latter Lab, they teamed up with worldrenowned anti-terrorism experts who
have been working internationally on
school safety strategies. DRACO GROUP
has a wealth of knowledge about safety
response and preparation, and they’re
collaborating with School Growth to
train administrators in order to make
their schools as safe as possible.
The Innovation Lab guides the school
leadership team to more clearly identify
their target market(s), enhance their value
proposition, understand the key activities
and resources to become world-class at
serving their families, and consider the key
partners in their ecosystem who will be
critical allies for success.
This Lab culminates in the development
of both a 90-day Action Plan and a
Communication Plan in which they
share the compelling narrative of what
