Providing Smart Leadership Solutions for Your School Smart Tuition is helping to share the responsibility for creating outstanding private and faith based schools for our nation’s children. We are working closely with two organizations that can help your leadership teams better understand your organization’s mission and apply best practices to achieve your goals: The Pacific Institute and School Growth. For years, The Pacific Institute has shaped the mindset of leaders to focus on tapping into individual potential to drive organizational performance. School Growth, led by founder Scott Barron, seeks to help schools transform by implementing innovative and entrepreneurial leadership skills and detailed communication plans. As part of our corporate social responsibility, we have sponsored events around the country that bring together leaders from private schools to discuss educational leadership and school improvement. For the past five years we’ve hosted the Catholic Collegial Conversation Conference in Napa, California. It is a four-day event that’s geared toward finding solutions for difficult problems faced by school leaders. In 2015, Smart is sponsoring School Growth Leadership Labs around the country to make this training available to all private schools. These conferences provide actionable ideas, and create relationships that will allow the ideas to be further developed long into the future. Our ability to partner with outstanding facilitators like The Pacific Institute and School Growth allow a great opportunity for collegial networking at events. It shows our commitment to educational leadership. We see this as a win-win for our school clients, families, and our communities. Let us know if you’d like to know more about attending these conferences. G.
