2017 PERMANENT TEE TIMES • INFORMATION
Here ’ s What You Need to Know
• Tee times begin May 6 and end September 10 for 18 weeks of play .
• All tee times are assigned by lottery . Groups consisting of ALL Glenview Park District residents receive two lottery tickets . Groups with three or less Glenview Park District residents will receive one lottery ticket .
• One Saturday / Sunday application can be submitted for each foursome . A player name may appear for each foursome if a “ Weekend Warrior ” Fee has been paid .
• Weekly substitutions can be made at no charge .
• Glenview Park District proof of residency forms include a current government issued picture ID or a current utility bill .
• Permanent tee times will not be available during the Dave Rowlands Glenview Open July 8-9 . All Permanent Tee Time Pass Holder Green Fees are waived for participation in this event . Players are still required to pay the Entry Fee for event if they elect to participate .
• Rain checks will not be issued unless course is closed for play at the time of tee off .
Note : If a satisfactory tee time is not received , a full refund will be offered for the cost of the season pass purchased and / or prepaid green fees . Refund request must be made no later than 7 days after the tee time lottery .
Packages
The following packages are per person . Choose any one of the following to be eligible for one permanent tee time for the 2017 season . Players appearing on the application must select one of the following .
1 — “ The Bogey ” $ 850 — Valid for one permanent tee time on Saturday or Sunday
2 — “ The Duffer ” $ 1,050 — Valid for one permanent tee time on Saturday or Sunday plus 10 additional rounds throughout the season .
3 — “ The Par ” $ 1,350 — Package valid for one permanent tee time on Saturday or Sunday plus 25 additional rounds throughout the season .
4 — “ The Hole in One ” $ 1,700 — Valid for one permanent tee time Saturday or Sunday and a 7-day Season Pass . Package also includes a Season Pass at Glenview Prairie Club .
5 — “ The Weekend Warrior ” Upgrade $ 400 — Add an extra day Saturday or Sunday . Upgrade price is per player .
Note : All additional rounds are valid anytime Monday through Friday and after 10 a . m . on Saturdays and Sundays during permanent tee time season , May 6-September 10 , 2017 . Rounds may be used by pass holder and one additional guest playing in the same tee time .
• Permanent Tee Time fees are valid only during selected tee time .
