BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER!
If you are a parent, especially of boys, then you'll know what Nerf is. Instead of playing around the house, imagine battling through forest, undergrowth and barricades in specially built battlezones!
Our Nerf Wars activity is fantastically good fun and is one of our most popular Birthday Party activities.
Kids can either bring their own Nerf Guns or we supply them free of charge. We supply thousands of foam Nerf Darts and they battle it out in our woodland battle zones.
Our playing areas are enclosed, so whilst the kids get the feeling of complete freedom, running around where ever they want, in reality it is actually quite a controlled environment.
During the 90 minute session the Nerf Warriors will play lots of different types of games, each one lasting around 10 minutes.
We split the teams up and give each player either a Red of Blue armband. We tend not to let the kids choose their own teams to avoid the 'picked last' factor - which isn't nice. So we randomly pick the teams at the start and if necessary we swap them around during the session so no child ever feels left out.
Games including Capture the Flag, Disarm the Bomb, Search and Destroy, Secure the Case and Team Deathmatch.
Playing Nerf Wars at Shoreline is like a kids dream. Running around the woods madly with their mates, playing Nerf in what feels like proper battle zones, screaming, shouting, getting hot, dirty, muddy, sweating and picking up the odd bump and bruise - all the things that kids should be doing!
But its not just kids who get all the fun. In most bookings if there is a Dad or two present they tend to start by watching from the side lines....but within a game or two they are right in the middle, gun in hand and battling it out with the kids. It's almost
