INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE: • 2 cups cake flour • 2 tsp. baking soda • 2 tsp. baking powder • 2 tsp. cinnamon • 2 ¾ cups sugar 䐀爀⸀ 䠀愀爀爀礀 䄀氀氀攀渀 䤀䤀䤀Ⰰ 䴀攀搀椀挀愀氀 䐀椀爀攀挀琀漀爀  簀  䰀椀猀愀 䄀氀氀攀渀 匀欀椀渀挀愀爀攀 匀瀀攀挀椀愀氀椀猀琀 • 1 cup Wesson oil • 4 eggs • 3 cups apples, chopped • 2 cups pecans • ½ tsp. salt DIRECTIONS: Mix sugar with apples, add the rest of ingredients, then mix well. Grease three cake pans and line with waxed paper. Bake at 300°F for 35-40 minutes.
