So Who’s Going To Pay?

In terms of improving the environment, 2015 was momentous year for the global community.

From the Sustainable Development Goals Summit in New York and the UNFCCC COP21 in Paris, to national marine conservation pledges made at Our Ocean Summit in Chile. But despite all the positive momentum, one big question still looms larger than a pink right whale in a tiny COP negotiation room - who is going to pay for it all? Or more generally speaking, how is the global community going to finance implementation all the pledges for marine conversation?
