hailand is one of those countries that most visitors just cannot get enough of. The people are amazing, kind, and welcoming, the food is out-of this-world and bursting with rich flavors, the wildlife is

straight from Nature shows you watched as a child, the culture and traditions are intact and inspiring, and the sights from natural wonders to the urban jungle are something everyone must experience if not for a minute, for a month.

If you wonder, “What can I do in Thailand?” it really is more of “What can you not do.” To over simplify it, you have the city, the mountains and country, and the islands and beaches. Hopefully you have time to do it all and nothing is worth skipping.

Chiang Mai, Pai, Mae Hong Son, and Doi Inthanon is a start to the terrestrial wonders. You have old cities where you can find food not on any Thai menu you’re used to, mountain temples, pristine jungle, eerie caves, climbing peeks, and stretching countryside. Hike, climb, take a cooking class, pray with monks, get lost between rice fields, and experience the wild.

When you decide it is time for some sun and sand Phuket, Ko Phi Phi, and Ko Samui are probably some of the best beach experiences you’ll have in years. Tourists from every walk of life converge on these shores and you will find everything from the backpacker’s hostel teaming with young adventurers, to resorts like the Kamalaya wellness sanctuary and holistic spa on Koh Samui where you will vow to return for the rest of your life. Swim, dive, kayak, jump off a cliffside, and get a massage with the sea breeze on your back.

Whether it is on your way in or way out, make Bangkok a solid destination. It has everything you want from a world class city: shopping, museums, plays, exhibitions- only the culture overflows onto the sidewalks in ways you will never imagine. Mouthwatering food from vendors at virtually every corner, markets of nearly every size and shape and and at all hours of the day and night. Temples, shrines, and dancers pepper the streetscapes, and the nightlife is if nothing else, legendary.

If you don't trust me, you can literally ask anyone who has ever stepped foot in the Kingdom and they will echo a similar song. Thailand is a place to spark your adventurous side and to nurture your soul.
