VISION EASE has announced the availability of Clear
Blue Filter FSV Lenses. The new polycarbonate stock
lenses are available in 65mm and 75mm diameter from
+4.00 to -8.00 spheres out to -2.00 cylinder.
VISION EASE Clear Blue Filter lenses provide 100% UV
protection (400nm) and filter high-energy blue light in
a crystal clear, everyday polycarbonate lens. Filtering
properties are built into the lens, not a coating.

HOYA
New HOYA Sensity lenses, which launch this fall, take
light-reactive lenses to the next level.
The lenses boast Stabilight Technology, which ensures the
lenses perform consistently in all climates, all seasons and
all circumstances. The lenses darken to an attractive Category
3 sun lens tint faster than ever before and quickly fade
back to full clarity as soon as the ambient light intensity
diminishes. During the rapid transitions, total UV
protection remains in place.
Sensity lenses also deal with flare and glare without compromising contrast or colour perception. Sensity offers a
choice of two deep, natural tints that were developed by
colour specialists to harmonize with sun lens trends,
guaranteeing a contemporary look.
The lenses are made with HOYA’s proprietary Photochromic
Precision Technology. A microscopically accurate spin
coating process ensures an even distribution of molecules
over the entire lens surface. Superior adhesion is the result.
HOYA offers Sensity in a huge range of combinations to
match any individual need. Sensity is specifically tailored
for free-form and can be supplied in many HOYA lens designs. Sensity can be combined with all HOYA premium
treatments and comes in several stock options.
