MEYER WERFT DELIVERS ECO-FRIENDLY TANKER
CORAL ENERGY TO ANTHONY VEDER
On 7th of December, Her Royal Highness Princess Máxima named Coral
Energy, a brand new small scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier of the
Dutch ship owner Anthony Veder. The ceremony was held in Rotterdam,
the Netherlands, and it was not a christening of just any ship. Coral Energy
will transport LNG for Skangass, Anthony Veder’s Norwegian charterer of
the vessel, while being powered by LNG herself.
