When was your first SEAT Event?

SEAT Miami 2008

What inspires you?

Positive change. Whether it's personal or professional. I embrace the concept of innovation and look for ways to generate value through process improvement.

Brand most admired... And why?

The Eagles - a pretty diverse collection of personalities that made it work despite challenges and still produced some of the best classic rock music ever.

Do you have a signifiant other? Do you have children? Would you mind sharing a bit of information about your family with us?

Wife Debbie - We met in college and she still amazes me every day. Son Christian - Played football at Texas A&M and now coaching high school football in Texas. Daughter Kylie - Former college cheerleader and now working in Social Media. Daughter Erica - Former college cheerleader and finishing her marketing degree. Son Collin - Currently playing football at Michigan State and working on his degree in computer gaming.

What is your dream car/ motorcycle/boat ?

A 1972 Chevy El Camino SS

What career advice do you have for people wanting to work in the sports industry?

Get some practical experience, even if you need to volunteer. And don't expect to work in the major leagues right away. The minor leagues are a great place to learn the business of sports, and usually faster as the staffs are generally leaner so you wear many hats.

Have you ever been pulled over by a cop? What is your funniest story and what happened?

Many times and it was never funny...

How would you describe SEAT?

"By far, if I could only attend one IT conference a year it would be SEAT. Besides the incredible locations

and accommodations, the content, networking and site tours are exactly what sports and entertainment professionals are looking for to help keep themselves and their organizations ahead of the competition. I especially enjoy the separate session tracks so I can get a much wider range of exposure to different solutions and topical discussions."
