Work the plan. Once the plan was approved, the
executive director worked with two part-time staff and
volunteers to implement the multi-prong fundraising
program that included annual giving, donor clubs,
grants, major gifts, planned giving, parish support, and
special event fundraising as well as a comprehensive
communications effort.
