Tbilisi is a good spot to start exploring the country. Like
any other European and Asian capitals, it brings together a
dramatic setting with its stunning architecture that is both
contemporary and traditional, lively arts and culture scene, and
inviting cafes and restaurants. Although the city center gives a
more contemporary vibe, the surrounding neighborhoods still
exude the atmosphere of an old European town with their
narrow streets, small shops, and balconied colorful houses.
In the busiest spots, you will see stalls selling fresh fruits,
vegetables, or cheese looking irresistibly scrumptious.
