RECIPES Almond protein bars A sweet and simple way top to up your protein levels Makes 6 bars PREP: 25 mins Nutrition per bar: 139kcals, 6g protein, 7g carbs, 7g fat cup g vanilla whey powder tbsp g a ed almonds cup g ground almonds tbsp g coconut our cup ml coconut mil 2oz (60 g) white chocolate, melted o g dar chocolate, melted 1 Combine all ingredients (except the chocolate), and add coconut milk until the desired dough texture is achieved. 2 3 Shape into six bars.
