The deadly consequences of eating Pork!

I have received and experienced many benefits from removing pork from my life. I have experienced overall improved health. I am less sluggish and I no longer suffer from brain “fog”. I can imagine that I have escaped health issues such as hypertension, high cholesterol and a host of ailments due to the fact I have been pork-free most of my adult life. In a world where 40% of Black people suffer from hypertension that is caused mainly by poor diet, I am thankful that I have chosen a means to have greater control of my health.

Though I don’t condone peer pressure, however, if one must be pressured by their peers, I’m all for that pressure to be the removal of pork from their diet (smile) The Bible makes an undeniable case for not eating pork. If peer pressure and Christianity were not enough, then the thought of being unhealthy and having a myriad of issues should be enough to convince anyone that pork should not eaten.
