About the Designers
The MLS Deal Finder team is led by Juan Carlos Cruz, an Addison, TX based real estate broker and entrepreneur. In
2002 he exited a successful venture to a private equity group, and become actively involved in real estate. After investing
in a few hundred real estate deals and encountering the above challenges for himself, Juan become a nationally
recognized expert in CMAs and AVMs. He then cofounded MLS Deal Finder with physicist and data specialist Steve
Liang. Other members of the team include real estate and business development expert Catherine Aliaga, and TREC
instructor rick Davis.
