A good private lender is one who accepts fair terms for making a good investment , with a great business or investor . They have good character ( you don ’ t want to be caught up in money laundering or fraud ). They can work as fast as you do , are flexible , and understand the roles both the frontline investor plays , and are excited about just collecting reliable , above average returns , while they go about being busy with the other things they really care about .
