FULL TIME - THE COLLECTION

ALBUM REVIEW

Artist: Ijahdan Taurus

Album: Full Time_ The Collection

Year: 2014

Genres: Reggae, New Roots, Dub and Hip Hop

The concept of full time is explained in the video and song “full time”, a true feeling brought to life in a lyrical form explaining my desire to achieve benefits for bringing forth good music into the industry and the world. IT’S A FACT THAT CONSCIOUS ARTIST HAVE A LONGER AND “FULLER” (fuller syn. Heavier) JOURNEY to success .

The song “full time” is also featured on the Jahma Riddim compilation, released by reggae es Vida producciones from Chile in late 2013.

Most of the album was recorded around that time. The majority of the singles currently on the track list were pre-released on Soundcloud, reverbnation and Youtube. So the album is more like a compilation of my best produced and most potential singles recorded between June and November 2013. Songs like sababa II, produced by Ej Rams Records (France) for the Sababa Riddim project still under construction, Highly, In my life and the other songs that structure the album. The unreleased song included in the set is “One Love” featuring Red Lion from South Africa, also a Riddim producer and sound engineer on two tracks. Also other singles like “Jah will be there” available on iTunes.

The interesting fusion of genres and languages makes this 8 track album one of my favorite projects since “Repatriacion”. But this time less tracks and less español.

All original riddims and beats. And well written songs in my meditation. Each song has a unique nature, Subjective to rap, reggae, dub, and jazz. You may find flows similar to Nate dogg in a Caribbean tone. Pay attention to tu amor featuring pao Martinez, a bi lingual love song .
