the most popular attractions for our guests. As we set out to plan the recently
completed expansion and renovation project, we wanted to enhance the dining
experience and options at Nisqually Red Wind Casino even further. We think you
are going to like what we came up with.

To start, we are pleased to announce the completion of our brand new seafood
restaurant,
. From the Nisqually word meaning “food from the water”,
the new seafood restaurant offers an unparalleled dining experience featuring
local, native-caught fish and seafood. The 85-seat restaurant includes a dining bar,
exposed kitchen, fresh oyster-shucking station and a waterfall wall. It is located on
the east end of the casino, near the Squalli-Absch Grille and Blue Camas Buffet.
Speaking of the Squalli-Absch Grille, this popular venue featuring prime-grade steak
and fine dining recently completed a significant renovation. The new Grille features
expanded seating, a large fireplace feature and all your favorite Grille fare. The Grille
has become a favorite dining spot for many of our guests over the years and we
believe the newly-refurbished Grille will create an even more enjoyable experience.
Some of you may have already had a chance to dine in the newly-renovated Blue
Camas Buffet. The buffet features a new rotisserie oven where guests can enjoy
fresh-from-the-oven chicken. Additionally, the buffet now offers a fresh pasta
station and street taco option, prepared on request. We have created a more open
dining room with easier access to the buffet and floor-to-ceiling windows, creating
a more enjoyable experience for our guests.
The Medicine Creek Deli is all-new and includes more than 100 seats, a clean,
non-smoking atmosphere and the same great value. And in case you miss eating
in the Coho Cabaret, you can still order some of your favorite Medicine Creek Deli
burgers and sandwiches in the Coho, seven days a week.
