Moses grows up in Pharaoh’s palace and develops a relationship with him that would grant him the advantage to be able to present himself to him as needed. As time progressed, Moses heeds the call of God and transforms, becoming the deliverer of Israel.

Who is the real hero in this story? Is it Moses or is it his mother? I would argue, that the greatest act of heroism is displayed by his mother. It was her vision and courage that caused Moses’ life to be spared which allowed him to grow into the man needed to save Israel!. She was the epitome of what it means to be a “Sheroe”. From her we learn:

Our vision for our lives and for others must supersede the current status of our circumstances and situations. We must “see beyond what we see.”

Courage is the fuel to our victory. We cannot succumb to being victimized by the threat of our enemy.

We have to being willing to release what God has granted to us that it may grow and bless others.

If we apply these principles to our everyday lives, we can become the world’s next
