Personally I think that this is selling
themselves short as this is no ordinary
cheese shop, this is a cheese shop with a
tasting cafe where you can enjoy platters
of cheese and charcuterie with a bottle of
fine wine.
Those of you that have read any of my
reviews before will know that I am partial to
a bit of cheese and the odd drop of wine
so when I was given the opportunity to
review here I didn’t hesitate. As always I
was accompanied by my reviewing partner
Jo when we set off for Hove on a cold
Saturday night.
We were a little unsure about what to
expect as neither of us had tried the dining
experience before but we were warmly
welcomed on arrival and shown to one
of only a handful of high tables towards
the rear of the shop. The place had a
relaxed feel to it and the other diners were
engrossed in conversations across tables
of wine and cheeses.
Our waiter brought the menus and
enthusiastically talked us through the
options. These guys really know their
cheeses.
