helped with room set up and practical arrangements throughout the week and to colleagues Vivien Barker who led a session on hula-hooping which was a lot of fun and Carole Hewitt for leading a session on listening skills which was hugely beneficial. Thank you also to the Partners for their investment in the wellbeing week and for taking part where possible. Here’s some feedback from our staff: “I just wanted to say a very big thank you for all the events this week for wellbeing. I have taken part in as many as I could and I’ll be making some big routine changes off the back of the sessions, including but not limited to buying a hula hoop. Thank you all very much for the lovely gift bag this morning, the contents will indeed be very useful and I’m very interested in the pedometer :o) Thank you.
