Refurbishment & Extension of Folkington Manor , Polegate , East Sussex
An award winning project comprising of the internal and external restoration of this 1843 grade II * listed Manor House . The works included alterations , extensions and refurbishment of the Manor Cottage , Flint Rooms and East Lodge , all of which are set within the 85 acres of this country estate .
Creation of a New Third Cardiac Theatre , Royal Sussex County Hospital , Brighton
This project was spread over several phases and many areas of a live hospital environment . The first phase included refurbishment and alterations over two floor levels of a live clinical area to provide a new Poly Trauma Theatre . A new Cardiac Theatre was constructed requiring the installation of the full range of medical services , theatre controls , equipment and alarms . Additional beds and ward space were created in further phases .
Biomass District Heating Scheme at West Dean , Nr Chichester , West Sussex
This project included the design and installation of a new biomass boiler within a new portal framed industrial building and the installation of a new district heating system . 2.5 kilometres of underground pipework was installed to provide the hot water to the various educational , commercial and residential buildings on the Estate .
Ridgelands , Elphinstone Road , Hastings
This design and build project comprised of the construction of eleven one-bedroom assisted living flats with a care workers overnight cubby . The building was constructed over three floors and included a new road to serve a future housing estate . New incoming statutory services , drainage , external footpaths , soft landscaping and parking areas were included in the works .
