A pre-nup is a formal document that
describes how property and assets
brought into and acquired during the
marriage will be treated if the relationship
doesn’t work.
Understandably discussing a pre-nup
remains a tough subject for some
couples. However having an honest
financial discussion prior to getting
married can be a very positive
experience. Couples should nowadays
regard it as a practical approach to
marriage and sensible financial planning.
As unsentimental as they may seem,
pre-nups are about a couple feeling
secure in their relationship. It doesn’t
