Annual Conference
For those of you that have known Mayo Wynne
Baxter for some time, you will know that we have
undergone something of a growth spurt in recent
years and have expanded to include nine offices
in Sussex. This growth has meant that there are
now in excess of 220 Partners and staff in the firm
who are all working hard to deliver exceptional
service for our clients.
Having a large number of people across a lot of office locations
presents some challenges in ensuring that everyone fully
understands the direction and values of the firm. To help this we
have an annual conference where we bring all the staff together
in one place.
The most recent conference was held at the American Express
Community Stadium and the theme for the day was about VIP
service and setting our core values. The key messages were
delivered by Chief Executive, Chris Randall, and our HR Director,
Clare Smith, before our guest speaker took to the stage - Geoff
Ramm.
