As youngsters we all knew that one kid who's toy box was the envy of the neighborhood. He had it all, the most recent toys that you only saw advertised on TV during Saturday morning cartoons, and not just one or two but an entire chest of unobtainable treasures.

As we entered adulthood, toy boxes gave way to garages and the latest toys now run on high octane fuel, but there's still that one kid who has the best toy box. In his neighborhood, that kid is Bill Gibbons.

Bill and his family started coming out to Lake Havasu in the 1990's and soon after found himself buying a Sanger Hydro Jet which became the start of a very impressive collection of Sanger Boats. Gibbon's collection includes the original Hydro, a blown flat bottom that he just sold, a Sanger Super Jet, and a beautiful Sanger Mini Day Cruiser V-drive with a Mercury Racing 525.

All of these incredible pieces of Sanger history are nestled into the man cave you see on these pages. With leather couches, full bar, workshop, flat screen tvs, office, a kitchen, and a very cool chair made from a set of chrome headers, this is a guy's haven that should be the envy anyone who has ever made car noises as a kid.

If you ever have the pleasure of meeting Bill and he invites you over to his garage for a beer bring your best bench racing stories and prepare to be impressed!

Thanks again Bill!
