Sutton, a representative from Moms in Motion. (MOM)
is a service facilitation and case management service for
Medicaid enrollees. We will discuss the Virginia Medicaid
Waivers, qualification requirements, application process,
benefits of Medicaid Waiver, and the importance of getting
on the waiting list. Register by 18 May.

and base entities, then join us for a night of making crafts
to take home. It’s a great way for families to laugh, play,
and bond. Child care will be available on-site for the forum
