KEY EVALUATION EVENTS IN 2014-15

The action learning pilot was launched at a staff
conference with 700 staff at which with all teams took
ownership of the beginning of the new evaluation
process; identified the main achievements for 2013-14,
measured the impact of activities and highlighted key
actions for for improvement for 2014-15.
August/September 2014
To complement ongoing engagement and validation
activity with employers we held six industry sector
workshops with employers in Engineering and Science,
Construction Technology, Health and Social Care, Sports
and Fitness, Hospitality and Tourism, and Business and IT.
Fifty employers participated in these events to validate
provision and identify future skills needs to ensure we
continue to offer a demand-led curriculum.
