“ Hershey Show ,” “ America ’ s Largest RV Show ,” “ Pennsylvania Show ,” “ the RV Show ;” it ’ s been called many names over the years . Officially known as “ Hershey - America ’ s Largest RV Show ,” it ’ s been a highly anticipated annual event in the sweetest place on earth since moving from Harrisburg in 2005 . Every year roadside billboards announce it , television ads and radio commercials provide the details , and it all culminates on the grounds of the Giant Center on S . R . 39 and Hersheypark Drive in Hershey , PA every September .
Produced by the Pennsylvania RV and Camping Association , headquartered in Camp Hill , the importance of America ’ s Largest RV Show is not lost to a host of local businesses in and around the Harrisburg / Hershey region . With tens of thousands of interested attendees pouring into the area , restaurants , hotels , campgrounds and local retail shops all benefit from the influx of happy campers , not to mention Hersheypark and Chocolate World , right across the parking lot .
For five consecutive years , the paid attendance through the gate has set a new record ; a total of 57,692 people enthusiastically entered into the 2016 show , the 18 th largest trade show in North America .
