For iconic Canadian singer Celine Dion ’ s recent tour of French-speaking cities , she once again turned to Solotech ’ s Montreal office to supply all of the lighting , video , audio , and rigging components . The tour was more a series of residencies than a typical multi-city tour , with all 28 shows held in only five venues , including 10 shows at Montreal ’ s Bell Centre , five shows at the Videotron Centre in Quebec City , and nine shows at the Accor Arena in Paris , France .
As well , TAIT Towers produced 168 Nano Winches – compact , flexible single-point hoists featuring a conductive ribbon that transmits power and LED control to a connected fixture . The tube-like , 2-ft . fibreglass fixtures rise and fall into different configurations while also changing colour .
