COMPETITION ENSURES
HARD WORK PAYS OFF
Entries have been
pouring in for the
Atlas Installation of
the Month competition
with hundreds of highly
skilled Atlas installers
putting their very best
orangery, conservatory
and rooflight projects
forward.
Since the competition was
launched in April, the Atlas
judging panel has sifted
through an impressive array
of projects, which demonstrate ingenious design and
high standards of workmanship. The skills of one
installer have earned them
not one, but two coveted
awards!
5 Star Windows scooped
the winning prize in May
and June for two fabulous
Atlas installations. In May,
the firm won the award for
a majestic double lantern
extension on a large property in Kidderminster. 5 Star
Windows’ second triumph
in June was for a stunning
Skyroom installation on a
property in Worcester. The
owners had originally wanted to install an orangery but
then discovered the Atlas
Skyroom, which delivers the
contemporary look of an
orangery at an affordable
price.
Damien Bridge of 5 Star
Windows said: “We are
absolutely delighted to have
won two awards for two
very different projects. The
double lantern installation
was an epic scheme which
looks just amazing and the
Skyroom was our very first
installation of this great,
new product.”
July’s winner was Swansea-based installer Smart
Home Improvements for
their outstanding Skyroom
installation on a new build
detached property in South
Wales.
Andrew Edwards, director
of Smart Home Improvements, said: “We are really
pleased to win this award.
The Skyroom was the perfect choice for this home
and it looks superb.”
Gareth Thomas, Sales and
Marketing Director at Atlas
Glazed Roof Solutions,
added: “There is certainly a
pool of fresh, creative talent
in our industry. Judging by
the number of entries that
we’ve received across a
diverse range of Atlas products, our installer network is
clearly really fired up about
this competition.”
All winners so far have
won a £200 Screwfix voucher and a £50 Majestic Wine
voucher. Every winning
installation will be entered
into the award finals for
Atlas Installer of the Year,
where the winner will be
announced at an end of
year gala event.
