frameXpress has helped to raise the standards
at a high profile school in Kent by providing in
excess of 50 windows and doors, which include
casement, vertical sliders and fire doors.
Part of a massive transformation
project, the school also required a
new glazed roof to be fitted onto the
gym.

The new range of bar handles, available in a brushed
stainless steel finish, adds
a designer touch to stylish
entrance doors. The modern
aesthetics allow the fabricator to easily create a top
end range of modern doors,
matching the style of those
used on modern apartments
or ‘Grand Design’ properties. The meticulously produced handles feature perfectly finished corners and
precision joints, reflecting
the quality of the range. The
handles’ construction from
austenitic stainless steel offers the ultimate resistance
against corrosion, given
some basic regular cleaning
by the householder.

The project, which is a listed building in
parts, had been turned into a special needs
school a number of years ago and required
careful attention, so it was essential production worked alongside the school calendar.
Planning department approval also was
essential to meet the specified criteria to
match the building’s existing style.
The security and safety benefits, which
are standard elements to the frameXpress
range, were vital elements to be incorporated into the installation with insulation,
safety and soundproofing being the main
focus of the project.
