I am very pleased to make a contribution through the BPF to such an important sector of the UK economy.” Aubrey Adams STATEMENT OF INTENT Leading systems company Liniar has announced the appointment of Sue Davenport to the position of Group Marketing Director. It is a clear statement of intent from Managing Director Roger Hartshorn, and the next stage in the company’s development as it seeks to become one of the genuine market leaders in the industry. A DECADE TO DIRECTOR Kent Home Improvements is glad to welcome the appointment of Mike England as its new Sales Director. At the tender age of 16 Mike started with Kent’s and now celebrating his 10th year with the company, he has been justly awarded with his new position. Mike was quoted to say, “I am thrilled to take on the role with Kent Home improvements, 10 years have flown by, I love the interaction with our customers and I am looking forward to growing the business even further.” Mike has been working very closely with Kent’s customers and has become a very valued team player. His recent achievements include the instrumental part he played in Kent’s CE marking strategy for all its windows, doors, and conservatories. “Following on from the opening late last year of our brand new warehouse, and the completion in June this year of our 60,000 tonne capacity mixing plant, Sue’s appointment will boost our management structure as these investments start to bring the growth we have planned for.” “We have had a clear policy from the outset to invest in an infrastructure which would support the current and future scale of our business, and to continue to develop great products for the exclusive use of our fabricators.” “Sue’s appointment is the next piece in the jigsaw, and she will play a major role in the development of the Liniar brand going forward; and with her team will work alongside our customers to help them develop their marketing strategies as they too push for growth.” “It is an exciting time for Liniar and for its fabricators. At a time when many of the former market leading companies are losing their identity through being merged or through being acquired, and their product brands lose their identity in the market place as a direct consequence, the Liniar brand will continue to become stronger as a result of our on-going policy of investment in every aspect of our business.” www.liniar.co.uk
