Question campaign_print.pdf Bradley Gaunt Designed by a highly skilled team with ease of fit, durability and aesthetics in mind, the result is a creation that the company hopes will be a popular choice for builders, installers, architects and homeowners alike. The unique product is currently patent pending and will only require one tool during installation. It will be manufactured at Made for Trade’s state-of-the-art new premises, using components never previously used on other systems. As it is completely bespoke and produced to each customer’s specific requirements and specifications, Managing Director Bradley Gaunt believes he has created a unique product that will fill a gap in the current market. He explained: “We set out to develop and design something that is attractive, slim line, and thermally efficient, with the added bonus that it is incredibly quick and simple to fit. A great deal of time was spent on the design and I believe we have now been able to tick every box on our list. I am really very excited about introducing it at the FIT Show.” It will be Made for Trade’s first time exhibiting at the event in Telford and the introduction of the new product is set to become a huge talking point in the industry, according to the company. The business’s debut at the FIT Show coincides with its rapid rise, with factory space and employee numbers dramatically increasing over the last few years. In 2015, demand for the best-selling Visofold aluminium bi-folding doors and Global roofs grew by over 38% compared to the previous year. As a result new machinery has been installed in the existing factories in order to help with increasing demand for the firm’s products. A second Emmergi CNC door router has given the bi-folds department the capabilities of producing over 120 sets of bi-folding doors a week, whilst a CNC Elumatec double headed saw has allowed the conservatory and roof department to become quicker and more efficient. 1 10/02/2016 11:02 Highest Quality Lowest Price EXCITING NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH Innovative Design Priced to Sell C The Made for Trade team has also grown, with over 60 people now employed by the company.
