With predictions that the glazing market will rise over the next three years, the Customade Group has launched

issues on a daily basis, which

campaign is to build long standing alliances with our customers
and bring a host of benefits to
them that they just don’t get with
multiple suppliers. It delivers reassurance, convenience and value

those installers who are keen to
broaden their scope and diversify
into product areas that they may
never have considered before.”

Lockex, a new and exciting trade exhibition
completely aimed at the
independent locksmith
and auto-locksmith
industry, is set to be
launched at the Ricoh
Arena, Coventry in September 2016.
The event is being organised by the Clearview Group,
whose published trade titles
include; Clearview, Pro
Installer and The Farmers
Mart, and will be primarily
promoted through its market
leading publication ‘The
Locksmith Journal’.
Rob Exley, Clearview Sales
Director, commented: “We
had been toying with the
idea of launching a show for
the Locksmiths for quite a
while and through the pub-
lishing of our magazine; The
Locksmith Journal, we felt
we were ideally positioned
to match and provide the
needs of the industry.
“After approaching our
advertisers and readers of
the magazine, they agreed
that the industry was in need
of a show which focused on
the industry as a whole, not
just a select area.”
The Group sent out over
2,500 surveys to its database of locksmiths before
moving ahead with plans
for the show, and used the
responses to make decisions
on the location, content and
activities for the show.
