Adding Strength to the Team
Phoenix Doors, one

recruited Ian Blatt as
Sales Office Manager, strengthening its
customer-facing department as the company
gears up for a series of
exciting new product
launches.

pursue new career opportunities.

services and call centre
background will stand him
in good stead in a completely new sector, saying:

man for the job.
He continues: “Over the
last 13 years Will has done a
super job here and we’re really sorry to see him go, but
he leaves a great legacy for
Ian to build on and take the
customer experience to the
next level within Phoenix.”
Imminent new product
launches at Phoenix Doors
include the game-changing
Ian Blatt brings a wealth
of customer service experience from outside the
fenestration industry to his
new role in which he is
responsible for overseeing
all aspects of customers’
orders, from initial order to
final delivery, at the Cambridgeshire-based company, part of the MASCO UK
Window Group.
Maintaining the excellent
customer service levels for
which Phoenix Doors is
renowned is a key aspect of
his role. Ian takes over from
Meridian 70mm high-performance rebated composite door and an additional
PVCu outer-frame for
composite doors and door
panels, further widening the
choice for installers.
Ian adds: “Phoenix Doors

consistent focus on supplying a wide-ranging quality
product range, backed with
great customer service.

grips with a new, largely
