window, making it a true timber substitute.
Mayfair is an enhanced, top of the
range option from the
hugely popular KAT
Elegance range of
products, where the
company has taken
design and development to the next level
by respecting traditional timber sightlines and assembly
techniques.

This new window is
designed to imitate that of
a traditional timber box
sash window, and has
exclusive features which
allow customers to offer
a true differentiation to
consumers.
The Mayfair makes an identical
luxury statement embodied by
traditional timber box sash windows.
A frame with all of PVCu’s attributes,
plus the advantage of all frame and
sash elements being mechanically
jointed in a similar method to the

The Mayfair window
has a mechanically jointed
outer frame, sashes and
a deep bottom rail; plus
run-through sash horns.
The window comes in a
whitegrain foil laminated
finish on both sides and
has bespoke traditional
Georgian bars, which sit
flush with the sash, much
like a timber construction.
Mayfair has a flush
146mm outer frame with
integral cill, making it easier and less awkward for
installers when making-up
the window. The decorativ
