all New HARDWARE website goes live
IFI has been supplying manufacturing and installation products to the window and door industry for over 20 years. It’s objective is to offer full customer support with all specialist products required to succeed in a highly competitive market place. IFI is dedicated to supplying products that give customers marketing, technical and competitive advantages backed-up by industry leading service and support.
Inline with this ethos, IFI has recently launched its new website, which enables existing credit account holders to place orders at their convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A selection of personalised products, specific to each customer’s typical order, can be added to their account to streamline their order processing, making it easier and more convenient. Once this selection of products has been set up, reordering can be done by one simple click. The new website has been designed in such a way so that it is compatible with devises such as the smartphone and tablet, which means ordering can be done on the go, on the road, or in the warehouse. New customers can also order direct from the site without opening a trading account. The full range of IFI products are available online, with technical data sheets and material data sheets available to download. A next day delivery service is also available on online orders. Back in 2006, IFI launched its own brand of hardware, Sabre, which includes the highly successful 3D Flag Hinge, door handles and euro-profile cylinders. The Sabre brand an easy to reference colour scheme. More recently, IFI launched Rapidseal, a new brand of professional sealants and adhesives, to run alongside its existing comprehensive range. In addition to it’s own brand, IFI also supply a range of industry recognised hardware brands such as Securistyle, Yale, Greenwood and UAP. IFI is committed to personal service and operates with one of the industry’s largest field sales team. Each Area Manager is able to provide on-site sales and technical support, product solutions, product demonstration and one-to-one discussions. In addition, IFI

has a dedicated Customer Support team to help answer technical queries and to ensure customer’s orders are fulfilled.
