We can also mail your piece , usually at a savings , when mailing more than 200 pieces ( 500 pieces when mailing first class ).
We can accept any mail list in comma delimited , or tab delimited format , or as an Excel spreadsheet . Names , addresses , city , state , and ZIP codes must be in separate columns .
Postage is a United States Postal Service charge , and must be paid in advance of mailing .

Greater MN sends and receives shipments via United Parcel Service ( UPS ), and has the ability to ship your package .
Because Greater MN is not a UPS store , the UPS shipping charge is figured , then a small convenience charge is added to the bill to cover any expenses Greater MN incurred in assisting with the process .
