Gathering External Intelligence
Transition is often difficult because project owners haven’t identified gaps early enough. Gathering intelligence is important here and means strategies can be developed and put in place to bridge them at the appropriate time. Projects may be temporary by nature but they’re not islands. They can however isolate people and the project owner focused on the here and now may not notice it happening. Worse still they may defend their position with:
