1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 ( NIV ) Rejoice always , pray continually , give thanks in all circumstances ; for this is God ’ s will for you in Christ Jesus .
Today , I will begin by rejoicing . I will be cheerful and joyful . Throughout this day , I will pray . I will be grateful and express gratitude in every situation whether the circumstance is good or not so good . I recognize that God ’ s will for me today is to be happy , grateful and full of joy .
Lord , I begin to honour You today by thanking You for every circumstance in my life . Thank You for giving me this day to express happiness to everyone who comes into my path . Let me bring joy into every conversation and every situation . I will serve You with thankfulness today ! In Jesus ’ Name , AMEN .
