Matthew 6:9-13 ( NIV ) This , then , is how you should pray : Our Father in heaven , hallowed be your name , Your kingdom come , your will be done on earth as it is in heaven . Give us today our daily bread . And forgive us our debts , as we also have forgiven our debtors .
Today , I remember that the Lord is my provider . God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat . In the same way , He will provide and increase my resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in me . “ Yes , you will be enriched in every way so that you can always be generous . And when we take your gifts to those who need them , they will thank God ” ( 2 Corinthians 9:10,11 ).
Heavenly Father , thank You that You are indeed my provider . I trust You to provide everything I need so that I can become the giver that You desire me to be . Thank You for daily providing for me so that I can give to Your house and become a generous giver to others . I trust You for what I need today , what I will need tomorrow and each day that follows . In Jesus ’ Name , AMEN .
